Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Services or any part thereof.

2.1. Ownership All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of CashPocket.ca or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2.2. License Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CashPocket.ca grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CashPocket.ca disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CashPocket.ca be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Ontario for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services.

Changes to These Terms

CashPocket.ca reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting the updated Terms on the CashPocket.ca website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
